About Us
Chase Integrated Care of Pueblo West, Colorado, provides accessible individualized medical screenings, and treatment for chronic, acute, and preventative care for your whole family. We treat existing conditions, as well as offer a preventative approach in a clean and friendly environment.
About Dr. Deborah Chase, FNP-C
Deborah graduated as a paramedic in 1983. Always striving to know more, she became a registered nurse in 1998 after attending Colorado State University. She specialized in womans health as a nurse. In 2002 she completed her master's degree at Regis University and became a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family practice and Urgent Care. She has always believed in a natural approach to care and realizing there is a huge interest in Naturopathic Care. In 2011 she completed her doctorate degree in Naturopathic medicine at Clayton College. She brings her combined experience and knowledge to you. Her mission is to provide balanced, wholistic, health care using knowledge of Eastern and Western medicine, individualized to your specific needs.
